When you say gold gets interesting if 1600 is taken out, what do you see as "interesting"?
I see the price action being interesting as we haven't been at those levels since early 2020 and it looks like we could see some acceleration in the price action if we break 1600. Gold has been fairly dull of late so to me the "interesting" side of the price is on the downside from a volatility point of view especially if the USD and US yields remain supported.
The world is an absolute mess, thanks to idiotic politicians, like Biden, Boris and Truss.

Wouldn't be surprised to see gold s $1,500. That's where the deflation bull run started in 2013.
