The platform is now live again at app.harkster.com.
Please note that you may need to hard refresh your browser tab or re-download your Harkster iOS app for the platform to work correctly.
How to hard refresh your browser tab
A quick hard refresh can be done by using the following shortcut keys on the tab with app.harkster.com open:
Chrome:
Windows/Linux:
Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.
Mac OS:
Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.
Or, hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
Firefox:
Windows/Linux:
Hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.
Or, hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
Mac OS:
Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and then press R.
Or, hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
Safari:
Hold down the Option + ⌘ Cmd key and then press the ‘E’ key.
Microsoft Edge:
Hold the Ctrl key and click the Refresh button.
Or, hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
How to re-download the iOS app
If you are no longer able to see any posts in your iOS app, you will need to delete the app and then re-download from the app store.
To delete the app, touch and hold the app on the Home Screen, tap 'Remove App', then tap 'Delete App' to delete it from iPhone.
Now, visit our page on the app store by clicking here, or by opening the iOS app store and searching for 'Harkster'. Press the cloud icon to re-download the app to your Home Screen. You can now launch the app and login with your existing account to continue using.
